Our technology

What is Galvanizing?

Galvanizing protects steel by applying a zinc coating that acts as both a barrier and sacrificial protection. After cleaning, steel is hot-dip immersed in molten zinc, forming a metallurgical bond (zinc-iron alloy layers) that prevents rust and extends service life in harsh environments.

How its Work (4 Steps)

Step 1 / 4

Pretreatment

Degrease, pickle and flux in a process-controlled sequence to remove contaminants and prepare a reactive steel surface.

Robotic hot-dip

Steel parts are immersed in molten zinc with controlled immersion depth and dwell time, ensuring consistent coating formation.

Centrifugal spin-off

High-RPM spinning removes excess zinc; parts move radially while the center remains clear, delivering clean threads and precise edges.

Post-treatment & QA

Passivation and controlled cooling, followed by thickness and adhesion verification, confirm coating performance and consistency.
